We recently sold our home and needed minor repairs done before the buyers could close on the home. We had a very short window of time to get everything done and Batterbee was able to get someone out to the house very quickly and do a great job fixing everything and documenting the entire process so that the buyer's inspector could sign off on everything. Every employee I interacted with seemed genuine, caring, and helpful. had a roofing company rep just happen to be in the neighborhood a couple of days ago offering free inspections. bragged about the political clout they had and how they could handle the insurance companies. that is just another reason our insurance rates in florida as high. i told the gentleman we only dealt with batterbee, no thanks. called batterbee because it had been a couple of years since our last inspection. sam robinson came by today, checked it out, confirmed we did not need anything at this time, maybe in a couple of years. thank you sam, batterbee, and staff for being honest and reliable. the only roofing company we will have do our roofing needs.

I just wanted everybody to know that Superb Metals has been amazing to me and my company. We have also referred over to other contractor that has used them multiple times and every time we have called on them, they’ve been there for us. They are amazing with custom cuts of metal no matter how hard the job is they always can get a proper sketch and get everything to line up perfectly. And if you’re a little unsure of exactly what you need, you can also get with Bruce and send him photos and videos and he will help you come up with the design in pieces needed to make sure that you get the proper work done for any homeowner or business owner. Where do I begin? I always look at reviews for a company when I need something done. A new roof is a serious purchase. I picked Batterbe because of their 5 star reviews and I was not disappointed. From the first visit from Jeremiah to go over our options and answer questions to the final day. Jeremiah never pressured us for anything. He actually started off with the cheaper package. We chose to go with the best because of the 10 year warranty and the his demonstration with the shingles. After the permit was done, Shelby gave us a call to schedule the following week. The onsite supervisor (Travis) gave me a call the night before just to let me know what time they would be there and if I had any questions. The crew arrived on time. Travis was absolutely delightful. He was so nice and answered my 20 questions. We found out we had to pay more money because of more rotted, damaged wood we had. (We were told ahead of time about this possibility) we have a really old house we purchased. He showed me and explained where it was and didn’t do anything with it until we said go ahead. Again, no one pressured us into anything. The whole crew was respectful of our property and cleaned up everything after they left. We got numerous quotes from different companies and Batterbe was not that much higher. Definitely not for the service they provide. I would highly recommend this company! Five stars all the way!
