Super fast gas upstack caulking
After a recent heavy rain, I noticed water dripping from the gas upstack piping in our garage ceiling. Batterbee reroofed our house 5 years ago, so not knowing cause of the leak I called Batterbee, whom immediately put one of their supervisors, Manny, on the phone to discuss the issue. After I explained the leak to him he surmised the A/C & heating maintenance folks I have, had not refreshed the halo caulking on the gas uptake stack after Batterbee reroofed the house. And although it was not their responsibility, Manny said Batterbee would send someone over the next day to fix the leak. As promised, Matt Woods, field supervisor showed up to fix the situation the next day. Matt pointed out to me, from his position on the roof, where the halo on the upstack should have been caulked, which he quickly remedied. I was impressed with the professionalism and thoroughness Batterbee demonstrated when they replaced our roof 5 years ago, and how quickly they jumped into action to fix our leak although most other companies would have argued it wasn’t their problem. GREAT Job replacing my roof
It took a year with inspections and such BUT I finally got my defective shingled roof replaced by Batterbee Roofing and I could not be more pleased with the job! Jason Metzig was the initial person I dealt with, and continued ALL through the process. He was stellar! The Project Portal, they provide for each job, was such a help with communication and tracking. The office staff was also VERY helpful and answered any question. The job supervisor, Matt Woods was SUCH a nice and helpful guy, which made the two days the crew was on my roof so pleasant! He was in constant communication with me even calling me on his cell phone while up on my roof! He kept me in the "loop" during every aspect of the job. The team he had do my roof was the "Cano" team and they did a fabulous job on the roof and also the clean-up. THANK YOU to Batterbee Roofing for being such a bright star in the roofing business!
Super impressed
Had Batterbee out to inspect my roof since many people in my area are replacing theirs. Charles went up on the roof and took pictures. The end result is that I don't need to replace it. The roof is 13 years old and in good shape, probably not needing replacement for another 2-4 years. Phew! Thank you Charles and Batterbee for your honesty. I definitely will call you when I actually do need a new roof. 5 STARS!!
Good Job All
Want to thank our on the job supervisor Alex, he reached out a day before to advise us as to time of arrival. He arrived at that time he said , and the remainder of the workers arrived shortly afterwards. They Started work through out the day, including the installation of 2 skylights. Work was professional and even though it took a longer part of day, they worked until completed. Alex then took us around to do a final inspection, before we finalized our transaction. We received a complete report of what was done, only thing left was a final inspection by the county. The entire process was easy , and i would recommend Batterbee Roofing to my friends or family.

From start to finish working with the Batterbee team was flawless! Great communication, excellent timing, and very quality work. Batterbee Roofing installed a new roof on our home in March 2023. We were very happy how professional, courteous and well coordinated the company was in keeping the customer informed on each step of the process through the Portal System and phone calls. Escellent experience before, during, and after the actual installation. Everyone (including Ivan Ramos, Project Manager and Charles Carson, Sales Manager) were very professional and courteous. The actual installation and clean-up were beyond my expectations.
Exceptional Customer Service
Batterbee put a new roof on my house in 2022. Everything was handled professionally and courteously for start to finish. This year I plan to have my house re-painted and I called Batterbee and spoke to Marcie to see if I could get some shingles to help me pick out paint. Marcie went out to the yard and found a shingle and had one of her reps drop it off at my house. She could not have been more friendly or helpful.
