From start to finish, every step of the way was handled with excellence! Charles Carson spent 2 hours taking me through all the details and options for a complete roof replacement with photos of all my roof details. The office called me bi-weekly with a status report. The materials arrived 1 month ahead of the initial schedule. Matt Woods, Field supervisor, kept me appraised at each step of the stripping and installation, again with photos from the roof.
