Wow! No one wants to go through a roof replacement but they quite honestly made it enjoyable. In our current state of lack of customer service Batterbee exceeds. Every step of the way we were informed, treated like we were important, and ended up with not only a great experience but an amazing roof, the best looking one in the neighborhood. Everyone was amazing. Please, do not hesitate to use them. Great team!

Sam Robinson was very thorough in the presentation. That sealed the deal for us! Manny Gutierrez and his crew arrived promptly to begin reroofing our home and the experience from start to finish was amazing! The crew are perfectionists and were so respectful of us and our property. Manny was present from start to finish and answered any and all questions we had about the process. When the job was completed, the cleanup was meticulous and you would never have know they were there. What a great company to work with. Highly recommend Batterbee for any roofing needs.

I highly recommend Batterbee roofing. From beginning to end this company is a very professional and well organized business. I had the old roof stripped and re roofed. The Workers were very neat and completed the job in less than 2 days. Everything was completely cleaned before they left . Then Chris the Forman came to check with me to make sure I was completely satisfied. The roof looks great. The office staff is very pleasant, and professional on the phone.

New Roof Installation
My husband and I just had our roof replaced by Batterbee Roofing and couldn’t be happier! Our initial meeting with Sam was great and he was very knowledgeable and provided great information and recommendations. Jose & his crew had their work cut out for them, as we had several trouble / bad spots to take care of, and they did a phenomenal job!! Our foreman, Stevie, went above and beyond, taking the time to come out a couple extra times to make sure the problem area in our roof design stayed sealed up nice & tight!!! The only downside to the whole process was how long it took for our shingles to come from the manufacture, but that’s something outside their control. Once the materials arrived, we were scheduled for installation within a few days!! Batterbee may be a bit more expensive than some other companies out there, but my husband always says, “you get what you pay for”. They were worth the price and we would definitely recommend them!! Thank you, Batterbee!!

Outstanding Job
I was very impressed with my sales representative Sam. He had great color samples and display board showing how the material is applied. It took a little longer to have the job scheduled, with ordering the color we wanted and when you are good, you stay busy. There was a glitch at the beginning but, that was resolved and the new roof was completed. Clean-up was thorough. Everyone I spoke with at the office was pleasant and helpful. Thank you to Sam and everyone at Batterbee Roofing for the fresh new look to our home.
Excellent From Start to Finish
Batterbee Roofing lived up to its fine reputation. From the first visit with Sam to my beautiful new roof under the supervision of Project Manager Ivan, the entire experience was very professional. Sam's suggestion of shingle color was perfect. The clean up was amazing--you wouldn't know they had been there-everything was spotless. The follow up was great as well. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Batterbee.

Very Happy Customer
The whole experience from the salesmans visit up until the completion was totally professional. They keep you updated on the status of your shingle order so you know when to expect it done. Crew was there on time and worked their butts off. Supervisor Josh checked in with not only crew but myself as well to make sure all was going well. They cleaned everything just as they found it. Finish my job in only 6 hours. Roof is beautiful.

My husband already posted a glowing review of our roof installation from Batterbee! However, I also wanted to add my comments! My first contact was with the sales representative, Samuel Robinson. He was personable, and extremely knowledgeable. The information we received assured us we would be getting an excellent product, properly installed. When the team arrived, they protected my plants, my driveway, even my garage door. They were efficient and hard working. Even had a designated person checking and picking up nails. After they left, I found 2 nails they missed. To me that was incredible! We are very pleased with the results. We didn't shop around, Batterbee came with an excellent rating. I have since heard of other roofing companies that charge less (and who does not want to save money), but the personal service, the integrity of the firm, quality of workmanship...I would choose Batterbee again! Great Presentation, Great Crew, Great Experience
Sam Robinson's presentation sealed the deal for us. Mackenzi and Michelle kept us informed weekly regarding the status of our job and getting our start date set. Kyle West , our Site Supervisor and Nelson and his team arrived promptly and everything went along seamlessly. Each and every one of the crew were perfectionists in their craft and very respectful of us and our property. I was impressed with ALL of the employees of Batterbee Roofing, from my first phone inquiry til the jobs were completed... and I am still extremely satisfied. Sam is a wonderful, thorough sales rep - we enjoyed the time he spent with us discussing what we wanted and his recommendations. Chris did a great job on the leak we had in the roof and on installation of our sun-tube and solar attic fan. And finally, all of our communications with the company admins, both email and phone, have been customer-oriented and very friendly. .I would highly recommend Batterbee to anyone!
