GREAT Job replacing my roof
It took a year with inspections and such BUT I finally got my defective shingled roof replaced by Batterbee Roofing and I could not be more pleased with the job! Jason Metzig was the initial person I dealt with, and continued ALL through the process. He was stellar! The Project Portal, they provide for each job, was such a help with communication and tracking. The office staff was also VERY helpful and answered any question. The job supervisor, Matt Woods was SUCH a nice and helpful guy, which made the two days the crew was on my roof so pleasant! He was in constant communication with me even calling me on his cell phone while up on my roof! He kept me in the "loop" during every aspect of the job. The team he had do my roof was the "Cano" team and they did a fabulous job on the roof and also the clean-up. THANK YOU to Batterbee Roofing for being such a bright star in the roofing business!

Our experience was excellent. Our first contact was Jason Metzig. He help with the paper and contacting other roofers to provide cost estimates. Chris Garcia supervised the onsite roofing operation. Reputable roofer
After getting a quote from a roofing scam artist, I contacted Batterbee Roofing because they were highly rated by Owens Corning. Jason came out and examined my roof. He set up the job which was nearly 2 months out due to supply problems. I received weekly emails to keep me aware of the supply situation. When the work commenced, it was done in a very professional manner. A minor problem with a vent pipe was discovered after completion, and they fixed it in a timely fashion. I am very please with them, and have recommended Batterbee Roofing to a number of my neighbors.

Completely satisfied
Batterbee did a great job of replacing my 21-year old roof! From contract to clean-up. I was kept apprised of the progress every step of the way, and it was as painless as could be. I now have a thermostat showing the current attic temp, and it should significantly decrease my cooling costs and extend the roof’s life. The new roof looks beautiful! Not only is my home prettier, safer, and more environmentally responsible, but it will be quite a relief to go to the powder room and not find another pair of eyes peering up at me! (I like little froggies, but not in the toilet!) Batterbee employees are total pros, they use only top-quality materials, and they all go through special training to install it correctly. Their roofs are more expensive, but it costs more to buy the top-quality materials they use, and in this world, if you want the best quality, it never comes cheap. When bad storms come through, you’ll want a roof you and your loved ones can rely on. I recommend Batterbee wholeheartedly!

Outstanding Customer Service start to finish
Met with Jason Metzig (Insurance Claims), he explained in detail what he would do when he inspected our roof. His experience as an Insurance Claims Adjuster and roof construction was instrumental in our Insurance company approving the roof replacement project. The team kept us informed on a weekly basis regarding material availability through Mackenzi Kassens and the project start date (Michele Brown). Our project manager was Manny Guiterez who was professional and informative, his crew was respectful to our property and our neighbors property and was well trained and lead by the team lead. I have already recommended Batterbee Roofing to a few of many neighbors who commented on the material quality, process and finished product. Overall, a job well done!

I can't say enough good things about Batterbee Roofing.From start to finish everything was handled professionally,on time and informative.At no time was i pressured into purchasing anything that I didn't want and all products were explained for by the sales rep.Sam Robinson.I was kept informed of building permits and when the materials were in and the start date of installation.On start date the crew arrived on time and finished at the end of the day.Everythingwas cleaned up and not a speck of anything was left especially nails.I would recommend Batterbee to anyone!
