Great Experience
We needed a new ROOF because my current House Insurance ( Farmers Insurance ) is dropping us this year. We received three quotes and decided to go with Batterbee Roofing, we could not be any happier that we went with them. First Jermaine there sales rep. he was extremely knowledgeable and took care of all the transactions that where necessary , he contacted my Home owners Insurance rep. ,my HOA, the County and we did not need to do a thing. Before Batterbee came to start on my roof Ivan the project manager stopped by to let us know what to expect and if needed, call him for communications. They started Jan. 4th and finished Jan 5th, Edgar the supervisor on site and his crew worked diligently and kept the area clean and tidy. When the job was completed you couldn’t tell that they where here and just put a new roof on my house. I would recommend any one who is looking to replace their roof to consider Batterbee as the company for them to use as I know from experience that they will be as happy and content as we where.

Great Job would use them again
Complete evaluation of our roof and quoted US a fair price to replace the roof. Came in on time and 2 days had the roof all done. We walked the property and found 4 nails. With all the nails they removed I expected nails everywhere, but not with Batterbee. The crew was excellent and all the little extras like new vent caps really made them stand above any other roofing company. I would recommend any one thinking of putting a new roof on contact Batterbee Roofing first! Thank you Manny for answering all our questions giving us a great roof.

Leak damage fixed
Excellent! Manny was able to respond to and fix a small structural problem between the siding and roof connection that caused a small leak over many years that was unknown to us until we replaced our roof and was discovered when selling our house. Such an upsetting that was solved smoothly and efficiently.
Roof Repalcement
We are really impressed with our roof replacement by Batterbee Roofing. The roofing project was started on March 31, 2021 and completed in 2 days. The workmen showed up at 7:10 AM and immediately placed protective coverings completely around the house. Manny, the superintendent met with us to explain all phases of the operation and answers any questions. They moved a dumpster onto the driveway and cleverly hung a protective covering over the garage doors. Unlike some contractors who throw the old shingles, debris, and nails on the ground along the side of the house, the workmen carefully carried all the shingles to the dumpster. The remainder of the project was completed with the same diligence. As a developer and builder of 400 homes in Michigan, we would give them our highest rating!

First off I would like to thank Batterbee Roofing for the great customer service they provided from the get-go. I had the opportunity to speak to Mackenzie, Michelle, Crystal, Rhett, Jason, and Manny over the course of three months while waiting for shingles to replaced my roof. I totally understand that with Covid it was impossible to allocate shingles. Never the less Batterbeeroofing and the entire team make it possible from start to finish with a smooth transition and painless. From day one I LOVE the overall setup with the nets that covered the entire perimeter of my landscape throughout the process. I also appreciate the entire Batterbee crew for an outstanding job. Wonderful Service
We could not be happier with Batterbee Roofing. They anticipated our every need, was in constant contact, and did everything they promised. From the first contact with the company, then next to Michael Crimi (Sales Manger, to Manny Gutierrz (Project Manger), and last to the five guys who installed our roof, they were all professional. Manny was either here, or always answered his phone or returned my call immediately. He was great. And his installers were always here before start up time and worked so hard even in the heat. They all worked as a team and seemed to know exactly when and what to do next. Clean up was perfect, we didn't even realize they had been here, except we now have a beautiful new, perfect color, Platinum Protected roof with all the necessary requirements we should need for central Florida storms. While searching for a roofing company, we spoke with friends and acquaintances who mentioned the name Batterbee and also I literally stopped by and watched their team working on a home nearby. After sitting with their sales rep, Sam, reviewing the info and answering questions , we went with team Batterbee! I must say the entire experience was professional and we were informed at every step. They were on time, keeping me updated as they went, once the job was completed we walked around the house with Manny the project manager, who answered all our questions and made sure we were satisfied. The following day I heard from the office asking if there was any questions and if I was happy with the job. I would highly recommend them to anybody.

Check about a roof leak
We had a new roof installed by Batterbee in July, 2018. Recently we noticed an indication that we had a leak by a discoloration of the ceiling in the entry foyer. Looking at the roof outside we noticed an appliance vent that was located approximately where the discolored ceiling was located. We assumed the vent wasn't properly sealed and We called Batterbee and they dispatched one of their managers, a young man named Manny who came to check things out. Manny was extremely professional and courteous and got up on the roof and checked the vent out. He then came inside and went into the attic area to inspect further. When done, he emphatically assured us there was no evidence of a roof leak. He did however suggest we contact our A/C contractor because he noticed a Air Conditioning Duct Box that was located in the attic very near where the ceiling discoloration was. We thanked him for his effort in trying to determine the problem and accepted his conclusion that our problem was not caused by any fault in the roof his company installed. Good Job start to Finish
We had a few competitors visit and make their presentations, but none so professional as Charles Carson. So despite coming in at a higher price, we felt more secure that the job would be done right. Project Manager, Manuel Guitierrez completed the work yesterday and the clean roof looks great. The property was nicely cleaned. Now all we have to do is wait for rain. But we are confident there will be no problems, and confident also, that if there were a problem Batterbee will have our backs.

Reroofing due to Home Insurance Rates
We did not have problems with our 20 year old roof, but many home insurance companies want roofs less than 18 years old. Batterbee was not the cheapest (some materials that "might be needed" were charged for and not refunded when not used). Sam gave a VERY informative presentation on the materials and job process. Manny and Jose were timely, professional and curteous during the reroof process. The new roof looks great!

I can’t say enough about the incredible job Batterbee did on my roof. The sales representatives are top notch and go over every aspect from start to finish. Manny and his crew found extensive damage and a double layer of shingles, so they had their work cut out for them. My job started Monday and with all the extra work the crew finished by 1:30pm on Tuesday. They were professional, courteous, knowledgeable and kept me informed on all aspects of the job. Jason from the insurance department went over my claim with me and explained how everything would work with my insurance company. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from every department at Batterbee and I’m glad I chose them to replace my roof.

We are very satisfied with the work that Batterbee did on our house. The roof is beautiful. It goes well with the color of our house. People stop by and say how nice our house looks, and they love the color of the roof. It's nice having gutters on so the rain doesn't pour off the top of the house as well.
