I did quite a bit of research and got 3 quotes before I chose Batterbee. From presentation to completion they were professional and service driven. Joseph kept in close contact with me and he and Ivan went above and beyond through the entire installation. Mike and the entire office team were helpful with an insurance issue. I highly recommend Batterbee Roofing.
Phenomenal job
From initial presentation through final clean up and walkthrough, Batterbee job performance was outstanding. They delivered on everything they said they would. Workers were courteous, answered all of my questions, documented every process with photos, protected our property while working, and finished the job efficiently in less than two days. Other than a beautiful new roof, there is no sign they were ever here. I recommend them highly!
Excellent service
Rhett was great and stayed in contact with me continuously on scheduling timeline. He was very courteous and available at all times to reach out to. Steve was the project supervisor and stayed in contact with me as well while the roof was being put on. He was very nice and explained everything in detail concerning the roof. He made sure the outside of house was secure and that no plants were being damaged. He answered all my questions concerning the roof details. Excellent communication with him. Fred was the team lead I believe and he seemed to have his team working perfectly and had a great attitude and answered a few questions I had as well. Excellent all around team from start to finish. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with Batterbeer company.

While I had to wait about 3 months for the material to be received by Batterbee, it was worth the wait. Everyone I worked with was courteous and helpful. The finished product is amazing. They did a professional job. I am totally impressed.

Outstanding Job
I was very impressed with my sales representative Sam. He had great color samples and display board showing how the material is applied. It took a little longer to have the job scheduled, with ordering the color we wanted and when you are good, you stay busy. There was a glitch at the beginning but, that was resolved and the new roof was completed. Clean-up was thorough. Everyone I spoke with at the office was pleasant and helpful. Thank you to Sam and everyone at Batterbee Roofing for the fresh new look to our home.
Leak repair
I called Batterbee about a leak that appeared to be in my AC vent pipe and only occurred when the rain was heavy and coming from a northerly direction. The vent flashing was resealed a few years ago so I was unsure of wether to call an AC/HVAC company or a roofer because the leak seemed to be coming from a seam in the vent pipe not the roof. I would like to thank John for resolving the leak that I have been dealing with for a while, and also for the info that the AC /HVAC company replaces the vent pipe and the roofer replaces the shingles after the new vent is installed. I would definitely recommend Batterbee and use them in the future as all the employees I have dealt with are polite and pleasant to work with.
Very Helpful
Rhett was very helpful in making out decision to choose your company. The project manager on-site was Emanuel and he too did an excellent job. As a result there were no issues with the roof installation.
