Batterbee did an excellent job from start to finish. Upon review, I now realize that their focus was not on the new roof, but was on my customer satisfaction. From the initial meeting with the sales rep, to the scheduling representative, the field supervisor, the workers, and the final walk through, they always made sure to communicate what was happening next and answer any question I had. Everyone was very courteous and professional. Phone calls were returned usually within ten minutes. I am glad I chose Batterbee for my roof replacement and would gladly do so again. Very satisfied customer.
