Honest roof inspection

13 year old roof was thoroughly inspected for loose shingles, flashing issues and overall shingle condition. Inspector showed me a video of small issues that needed attention. Items needing repairs were taken care of within a week and the repair tech gave a detailed description of the work he did. This is my second home in The Villages. Batterbee did the roof of my first house and they did a reroof for me after the 2006 tornado seriously damaged the roof and underlayment. I would not use any other roofing contractor
