Awesome Batterbee Roofing
April 2020 called Batterbee asking for Sam to look at the roof after a few very high winds that winter. The adjuster agreed sending his report To replace the roof. Sam is a gentleman and believes in customer service. Sam’s assistant called me no less then 4 times reviewing the order, shingles and scheduled date. Within a week of installation received a call from office and project manager verifying color of shingles and asking if they could come a day early? In Florida it is rare if they show up on time but early is unheard of. The morning start early and 2 project managers Travis & Kyle showed up for smooth start, review expectations and introduced team lead Jose. Jose and his crew where amazing, they were extremely efficient and very polite to my family the entire time! It is a good size home so I was told it would take a min. 1 1/2 days. I had a few questions and Jose handled it . Job complete supervisor, Manny came, walked property and inspected roof. When finished reviewed bill in detail. Unfortunately wood rot on the eves that no one could have expected, they were very reasonable with the additional materials needed. Travis came as Manny was going over everything with me and also walk the property, he found a mark on a paver and cleaned it! Jose and his crew are second to none! Batterbee is 5 Stars with me!!!
