I am writing to share the positive experience we recently enjoyed with Batterbee Roofing. Their representative was able to answer all of our questions about our insurance process, materials used, the performance of the installation crew, what we would experience during installation, and the follow-up they provide. They provided a document that explained the 11 things we needed to do before the job was started. The crew leader called the day before to introduce himself. The crew arrived on time the next morning, and worked through the hottest day I have ever experienced in Florida. The roof was completed perfectly. They also installed a new solar lite that we wanted to add. Batterbee is a local company (Oxford), family owned, uses only their own full time installers, has five full time crews that are paid well with benefits, and never have to advertise for business. They succeed because of satisfied customer referrals. I am totally impressed by their business model, their associates, and their professional approach to providing a great solution to our difficult and potentially expensive need.
