Roof Repair/replace
A five star experience start to finish. Charles Carson came out to explore a roof leak . He did a complete roof examination and discovered extensive mold and mildew on and under shingles above my entryway. He took photos as well a video of the damage and sent to all to my email. He gave an honest appraisal of the damage and I was given an estimate. There was no charge for the assessment, even if I chose to not use Batterbee . I chose to have repairs done by Batterbee rather than the warranty from Sach roofing. My neighbors have also had leaking problems that Sachs had "patched" 8 times over the past year. They still have leaks and Sachs never told them about their mold problem. These homes were built by Armstrong Builders and are only 5 years old. I chose to contract with Batterbee because of their many 5 star ratings . Im very happy I did. Chris Roberts , who did the repairs , showed up on time, was very professional and informative. He completed the work and the shingles matched perfectly. All repairs were explained. I feel very secure that I received excellent service and a great repair.
